Lina....I need your help!!!! Let me start off by saying your 'balls to the wall' plan worked WONDERS for me. Holy balls. Great way to kick off my weight loss. But now what? I just joined a gym, but I'm not sure what my workout should be to lose MORE. I know 'skinny ain't free', but what do I have to pay/do to get my dream body. All cardio? Pilates?
